Let’s get to know Kate and what drives her to make Shoreline an even better place to call home.

How long have you been in business?
I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

What inspired you to start your business?
Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful moments in a person’s life. Helping my clients navigate such a challenging moment with confidence and knowledge inspires me everyday to do my very best.

What service does your business provide for our community?
I offer residential real estate services, helping people buy and sell homes throughout Shoreline and beyond.

What do you love most about Shoreline?
The people! Shoreline has an incredible community filled with people eager to give back and make it a wonderful place to live and work.

Why is your business based in Shoreline?
I love Shoreline!

What’s one thing you wish your customers knew about you but never ask?
Ask me anything! I’m here as a resource for you. Need a plumber? I have a recommendation. Not sure what earnest money is? I have a glossary of common real estate terms. Curious about the buying or selling process? I have comprehensive guides for each. I’m here for you, for all things home.

What inspires you each day?
My family and community. I have two young boys (5.5 and 3.5), and I’m motivated every day to create and support a community they’ll be proud to grow up in.

What advice would you give to someone starting a business in Shoreline?
Show up and give back!

How does your business support or give back to the local community?
I’m a board member of the Parkwood Neighborhood Association and the Shoreline Farmers Market, giving back to the community I love.
